No. 3D is used where it adds meaning and loads only after the page is usable. Every device gets a quality level it can handle, and slower phones get a lighter version automatically.
Yes. The phone is the first screen we design for. Desktop is an expanded version of the mobile experience, not the other way around.
All content is semantic HTML that search engines can read. WebGL is an enhancement layer on top, so discoverability is not affected.
